Whether fitness is relatively new to you or you
already spend hours in the gym, you can greatly
benefit from a personal trainer. I am here to
help you with your health and fitness goals. The
first step is a one-on-one consultation which
will give us the opportunity to evaluate your
current fitness level and determine your fitness
and wellness needs. We will work together to
define your lifestyle goals, customize a
training routine that fits your needs and
schedule, and develop a nutrition plan that
works for you. We will also measure your body
composition to use as a guide throughout our
program.
During our training sessions, you can trust my
attention is on you and your individual needs. I
will personally guide you throughout your entire
session by monitoring your form and technique. I
will also teach you how to continue your
personal routine on your own with confidence.
Once a session is completed, the program
continues outside the training facility. Through
daily food logs, I will offer eating suggestions
based on your individual needs. Significant
changes can be made with the right fitness and
nutrition plan!
